Saxo's Institutional Updates is one of Saxo’s official channels to communicate news and upcoming changes related to our institutional services. These vary and they usually cover updates about products, regulatory matters, process changes, EOD file changes, webinar invites, document changes, and relevant news regarding Saxo.
It is important that you read these newsletters as the news we share might impact your services, daily work, and your end-clients. In some cases the changes might require you to make your own adjustment/arrangements before the implementation of the change/update will take place. If the change is significant, we usually send it ad hoc but we might have a reminder in the newsletter.
Because these updates can have an impact on several business areas, we encourage you to always read the newsletters and send it across in your organization to ensure your colleagues are aware of the letter and its content.
