Explore detailed information about your simulation clients via: Saxo Connect Simulation Login. This environment is invaluable for understanding potential clients' interests in various products or instruments, offering key insights into their trading behaviours.
The Dashboard experience
Upon logging into the simulation environment, users are presented with a Dashboard identical to that in the live environment, fostering a seamless transition between platforms.
An important tile within the dashboard is the 'Cash Only clients', as it signals clients who have created simulation accounts but have yet to begin trading. It may also indicate clients who have traded previously but have liquidated their positions and are awaiting inspiration for their next move. These clients should be proactively engaged and supported to enhance their confidence in using the trading platform.

Please Note Some tiles might display "Could not fetch the data" due to certain modules functioning only within the live environment and not being supported in the simulation environment. |
The Menu
The menu section is identical to what you would see in your live environment and a detailed explanation of individual modules is available in the help center.
Viewing Your Simulation Clients
The client screener is the primary tool for gaining an overview of current simulation clients, including cash amounts and account values. Users can refine their view further by using filters within this module, such as the orders and positions tab, to discern which products or instruments interest their client base. An in-depth article detailing the full functionality of the powerful client screener is available here.
Locating individual simulation clients
Users can navigate to the client tree (1) to search and identify specific potential clients (2). Upon selection, users are redirected to the client portfolio (3), providing access to detailed information on cash, positions, orders, and more.
