Upon entering the platform, users are directed to the dashboard, which provides a concise overview of multiple business segments through a series of tiles. The dashboard operates on the principle of managing by exception, effectively highlighting areas that require immediate attention.
An overview of the Dashboard tiles
Client services
- Active cases and the number of active cases
- Closed cases within the last 7 days
- Clients with onboarding in progress or on hold (last 90 days), and recently onboarded clients (last 7 days)
- Active and Upcoming renewals (next 30 days)
- Expired or inactive LEI codes
- Restrictions
Cash & holdings
- Negative cash accounts and cash-only clients
- Deposits and withdrawals (last 2 days)
- Expiring positions (next 7 days)
- Active voluntary corporate actions (next 10 days)
Risk management
- Margin utilisation >75%
- Margin calls and stop outs within the last 2 days
- Upcoming margin and collateral changes
Model manager
- Invalid models

Tiles with percentage values
Certain tiles display percentage values, such as margin utilisation and upcoming changes to margin and collateral. These values can be adjusted by clicking on the tool icon.
The Dashboard layout
The layout can be amended if a user selects the edit dashboard button in the top right corner of the platform
Simply press on the eye icon to enable/disable the tile from the dashboard
