How to update an existing user
On the 'Users' overview screen, click on the 'UserID' of the user you wish to update
This action will direct you to the user detail page, where you can modify various user properties. Commonly updated properties include:
- Personal details like country of residence.
- Login information like Login name, Password etc.
- Contact information like email and mobile number.
- Access permission like Base roles and Additional Roles.
- When a user is updated, it will take a couple of minutes before the change is visible on the platform.

Updates typically take from a few minutes to several days, depending on the user being updated.
Updating an Existing Authorized Dealer:
- Access the user details screen and amend necessary fields.
- PII data updates or reactivations might take up to 48 hours and cannot be tracked in the 'My Requests' module.
- Non-PII updates, like password changes, are completed quickly and tracked in 'My Requests.'
Updating an Existing Back-office User:
- Use the user details screen to amend necessary fields.
- Updates are completed promptly and can be tracked in 'My Requests.'
Converting Users:
- Back-office to Authorized Dealer: Select 'UserRole.Partner Authorized Dealer' as the base permission and add additional permissions. This request may take up to 48 hours and cannot be tracked.
- Authorized Dealer to Back-office: Choose 'UserRole.Partner View Only' as the base permission. The request is completed quickly and trackable.
Compliance Requirements:
- New mandatory fields include Gender, Nationality, and Date of Birth.
- Users missing this information will show amber warning signs, prompting updates.
My Requests:
- The 'My Requests' screen lists all creation and update requests made in the last 30 days.
- Track the status and progress of your requests, excluding PII data updates on Authorized Dealers.
- This screen is specific to your requests only.
Choosing Authorization Roles:
- Authorization roles enable access to specific functionalities or modules.
- Roles are categorized into 'Base' and 'Additional' permissions.
- A partner user must have at least one 'Base' permission to log in.
