Access to User Administration Module
- You can receive the Administrative users form and ‘Appendix 1- List of Administrative Users’ spreadsheet from your Account Manager.
- The Administrative users form needs to be filled out and signed in accordance with your company signing rules.
- In the ‘Appendix 1- List of Administrative Users’ spreadsheet, please list all administrative users.
- Create a case for Client Services and attach the spreadsheet, or alternatively, email them to support@accountservices.saxo.
- Once the request is processed by our client services team, the listed administrative users will receive a confirmation email.
Once an administrative user gains access to the module on the platform, they can create new partner employee users and update existing ones.
