This feature enables users to provide a feedback rating on cases designated as 'Resolved' or 'Cancelled'.
How to Access
Users can access micro-survey on closed cases in Case Management grid and on case details screen.

Case Management Grid: Access the micro-survey via the "Submit Feedback" hyperlink within the Feedback column of the main grid.
2. Case Details Screen: Initiate the micro-survey by clicking the "Submit Your Feedback" button on the case details page.

The micro-survey is available exclusively for cases marked as 'Resolved' or 'Cancelled' within the last seven days. Feedback cannot be submitted for cases closed beyond this timeframe.

Only one feedback instance is allowed per closed case. Once feedback is submitted, the link becomes inaccessible to the submitting user and all others.

The micro-survey requests users to rate their experience using a five-point scale: 1 indicates extreme dissatisfaction, and 5 reflects extreme satisfaction. Users can also add a brief comment to supplement their rating.
