Users can subscribe to email alerts to stay informed about new comments on their cases or when the case status changes to 'Resolved' or 'Cancelled'.
How to Access
Users can subscribe to email alerts on cases by following the instructions below:

Navigate to the Case Management section from the Menu and open the specific case where you want to activate email alerts. Click the 'Subscribe to Emails' button to receive notifications related to that case.
2. While creating a new case, users can choose to receive email notifications by toggling the 'Subscribe to Emails' option.
Feature Description
- Email alerts can be subscribed to only for open cases; cases marked 'Resolved' or 'Cancelled' are ineligible for alert subscription.
- Multiple users can subscribe to alerts for the same case.
- Subscribed users receive notifications for new comments or status changes to 'Resolved' or 'Cancelled'.
