Opening an account for Belgian residents

When a non-Belgian investment firm wishes to host clients (Belgian residents) with Saxo Bank in Belgium, the investment firm must: 

1. Be in possession of a European passport  
2. Be registered with the FSMA 
3. Have a master agreement with Saxo Bank Belgium 

Belgian residents can open an account with Saxo Bank Belgium by completing the Tripartite Client Agreement for Belgian Clients. Under Belgian law, Belgian clients must sign a separate agreement for derivative trading. When Belgian residents open an account with Saxo Bank Belgium, all tax reporting (including stock market tax deduction) is provided by Saxo Bank Belgium.
