The way we display fees within the trade ticket of our platforms allows you to visualize what are the constituents of the total amount you might be charged.
We have separated fees into three sections as described below:
| Investment service cost | Fees related to the service provided by Saxo. These can include commission, conversion costs, spread, account service fees, among others. |
| Financial instrument cost | Costs associated with the holding of the financial product, such as issuer fees, financing and others. |
| Third party payment cost | A portion of the ongoing costs paid to the distributor of the product, such as retrocession. |
How can you take advantage of this?
For example, with shares that are listed on different exchanges and in different currencies, you will be able to clearly see what are the fees related to the currency conversion.
