How to escalate if troubleshooting does not help?
Create a case for Institutional Service and please provide as many details as possible for a quicker investigation and resolution (we will have to ask those questions anyway):
- Date and time when the problem happened
- What is the behaviour or error message?
- What action triggers this behaviour or error?
- Which platform are you using?
- Can you attach a video or screenshot of the error?
- What did you try to do already to fix the problem?
