Why do I receive the error "Trade would exceed client exposure limitations"?

Certain products have an exposure limit and you can check what the limit is under the trading conditions tab of the specific instrument.

If you receive the error message "Trade would exceed client exposure limitations" when placing an order, please check the exposure limit and adjust the quantity accordingly.

In the example below, there is an exposure limit of 11 options for GOOG:xnas, and we are trying to place an order of 12, which causes the order rejection.
