The Performance Dashboards is built in a powerful reporting tool called PowerBI, which is a business analytics service provided by Microsoft with fully interactive visualizations.

Features and Functionality
Each of the pages has been described here. Each page has the following features:
Drop-down filters at the top, relevant to the data on that page. Any filters set are carried across all pages.
The yellow text shows where you can interact with the report – both in the filter headings, but also with hints in each of the windows. For example, in the earnings chart in the Business Overview page, it says you can hover over the bars to see a product breakdown, or drill down to see daily numbers.
By hovering over the charts, you can view a further breakdown of the data. For example, if you hover over the “Stocks” segment of the “Earnings by Product” chart, an additional chart will pop up which displays the top 10 stocks traded over the selected period.
Above the charts, we show the numbers YTD, and for the same period last year. We also show the Earnings MTD, due to the importance of this measure. All the MTD / YTD / LY numbers are static and always work off the back of the “Last Data in Report” date. In other words, if you set a date filter in the report, the MTD / YTD / LY numbers ignore the date filter. For
