(2) Instrument Search: This feature enables filtering of corporate actions by specific stocks. Simply enter the relevant instrument within the form field to narrow down your search.
(3) Owner Filter: Applicable if your structure includes sub-owners, allowing filtering based on ownership levels.
(4) Corporate Action Type: In corporate actions, shareholder participation can be classified as "mandatory" or "voluntary."
Mandatory Actions: Automatically apply to all shareholders without requiring approval, e.g., stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.
Voluntary Actions: Require shareholders to opt in or decide, e.g., tender offers, rights issues, dividend reinvestment plans, and buyback offers.
