When transferring an entire portfolio to Saxo Bank, the opening prices displayed on the platform for your transferred securities are determined by the information provided when initiating the transfer requests. If you supply opening prices during the transfer process, the portfolio will reflect those values; otherwise, the prices shown will correspond to the prevailing market rates on the date the securities are deposited into your account. This procedure is standard, as Saxo does not receive original opening price details from the sending financial institution during portfolio transfers.
If you wish to change your opening prices, please fill out this Excel file to request a change of opening prices, and please submit it by creating a case to Stock Transfers and write in the text that you wish to correct the price of the specific instrument.
