Yes. We will retain our Dutch banking license and will remain registered under the statutory name BinckBank N.V. We will be supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). The Saxo Bank group is the legal owner of BinckBank N.V. and Saxo Bank is the new trading name.
