How can I place algorithmic orders?

To place an algorithmic order, you need to open a trade ticket > select order type or click on "Limit" > choose Algo order type > then pick the strategy type or click on "Dark" to invoke the available strategies dropdown > adjust the relevant parameters and place the order.
