NOCT is an abbreviation of Not Online Client Tradable. Instruments are set to NOCT when they are temporarily removed from the trading platform or if they are found to be ineligible for online trading.
In order to sell positions that are NOCT, you must contact the trading desk who will try to close the position for you.
