White Label clients need to actively manage the platform certificates and will be notified via the Case management module should a certificate need to be reviewed.
The certificate related cases can be found by selected total Active cases from the module below which is visible from the dashboard.
The case will be show as highlighted below:
Open the case by pressing Details (1) and upload the SSL directly. The status of the case will now change to "In Progress".
Once the certificate has been installed, the case status will change to "Resolved".
