Recurring withdrawals allow asset managers to automate the process of regularly transferring funds from client accounts to predetermined destinations. This guide provides comprehensive instructions to help you streamline this setup, ensuring that withdrawals are conducted efficiently and align with clients' expectations.
Setting up new recurring withdrawals
- Navigate to the client's tree and locate the specific client who wishes to have recurring withdrawals
- Go to the "Deposits and Transfers" window.
- Choose the option to make a withdrawal recurring.
Specify the following details:
- Frequency: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
- Start Date: When the recurring withdrawal should begin
- End Date (optional): When the recurring withdrawal should end
- Amount and Currency

Modifying existing recurring withdrawals
- Navigate to the Recurring withdrawals page from the menu.
- Locate the existing recurring withdrawal you wish to edit.
- Make the necessary changes to the amount, frequency, start date, or end date.
- Save the changes.
- Enter the one-time password that you will receive on your phone, changes will be saved accordingly

Deleting recurring withdrawals
- Navigate to the Recurring withdrawals page from the menu.
- Locate the recurring withdrawal you wish to delete.
- Select the option to delete the recurring withdrawal.
- Confirm the deletion to remove the recurring withdrawal from the client's account.
- Enter the one-time password that you will receive on your phone, recurring schedule will be deleted accordingly
Restricted transfers
- Third-party transfers are not supported in recurring withdrawals.
- Recurring withdrawals can only be directed to the client's external account that has been set up on the platform, like regular withdrawals.
