Viewing the status of a withdrawal or deposit?

Easily track cash transfers to and from an account using the platform.

Status of a Withdrawal

1. Select a client and go to Portfolio > Transfers > Deposits and Transfers to trace deposits and withdrawals.

   

2. You can track the status of a transfer received via the SWIFT (MT103) network by clicking the relevant link on the transfer.

   

Status of a Deposit

Incoming payments in certain countries can be tracked using the SWIFT UETR code provided by the bank. To track an incoming payment:

1. Select a client and go to Portfolio > Transfers > Deposits and Transfers to trace deposits and withdrawals.

   

2. Click on "Track incoming cross-border payments in SWIFT."

3. Enter the UETR code provided by the bank.
   

If no details are found, please contact the counterparty bank from which the transfer was initiated.
