Overview
The bulk reporting feature enables users to generate and download reports for multiple clients simultaneously, optimizing time management and efficiency for users handling large volumes of client data.
How to Access Bulk Reports
- Go to Client Screener under the Clients menu.
- Select the Clients for Bulk Report Download: In the Client Screener, you'll find a list of clients. Use the checkboxes next to each client’s name to select multiple clients for whom you need to download reports.
- Access the Available Reports: After selecting the desired clients, locate the "Get Reports" dropdown menu to view and select report types available for download.
By following these steps, you can efficiently access and download bulk reports for multiple clients.
Available Bulk Reports for Download
When accessing bulk reports, the following types of reports are available for download:
1. Portfolio Report
The report provides a comprehensive overview of a client's portfolio, including asset allocation, performance metrics, and holdings summary. Available individually for each client in PDF format.
2. Transaction Report
The transaction report offers a detailed record of all client transactions, including buys, sells, cash transfers, and other financial activities within a specified period. Both PDF and Excel versions are available for download. Users can choose to download the reports individually for each selected client in either PDF or Excel format, or as an aggregated Excel file. Additionally, users can select specific transaction types to be included in the reports.
3. Statement of Assets
Lists all positions and cash held by the client on a specific date. Available individually for selected clients in PDF format.
4. Account Statement Report
Summarizes account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fees, and more. Available individually for each client in PDF and Excel formats.
5. Tax Report (Region Specific)
Tailored to meet tax reporting requirements of specific regions, includes information on taxable events, gains, losses, and other tax-related data.
6. Annual Cost Report (Region Specific)
Provides a detailed breakdown of all costs incurred by the client over the year, including management fees and transaction costs. Region-specific to comply with local regulations.
Download Centre
All bulk reports are available in the Download Centre, accessible from the platform's menu under Request Centre. The Download Centre table displays:
Report Type: Type of report requested.
Requested Date: Date the report was requested.
Available Until: Time until the report is accessible for download.
Reports Requested: Number of reports requested.
Reports Generated: Number of reports successfully generated.
Reports Failed: Number of reports that failed during generation.
Format: Report format.
Status: Current report generation status:
- Pending: Report generation ongoing.
- Failed: Reports could not be downloaded.
- Complete: Successfully generated reports ready for download.
Download Link: Available for all completed reports, allowing users to download them.
