Activity Log Overview
The activity log on the platform provides a detailed record of user interactions and actions. It can be accessed from three locations within the platform:
- Aggregated Activity Log from the Main Menu: Users can access a consolidated view of all user activities across clients and accounts from the main menu. This central location offers a comprehensive overview, allowing users to monitor and analyse interactions across the platform.
- Activity Log for a Single Client: Users can view the activity log specific to a single client by selecting a client from the client tree and navigating to the activity section. This log displays interactions and actions related to that particular client.
- Activity Log for an Individual User: Access an individual user's activity log by navigating to the user section and selecting a specific user. This log pertains to the actions and interactions of that user.
These access points provide users with the flexibility to view and analyse activity logs at varying levels of detail, whether across the platform, for a specific client, or for an individual user. This multi-level approach supports comprehensive monitoring, tracking, and analysis of user activities.
Finding the Aggregated Activity Log

- Select a Client from the Client Tree: Navigate to the Client Tree section within the platform. From the list of clients, choose the specific client whose activity log you wish to view.

- Select a User from the List: From the user list, choose the specific user whose activity log you want to access. Click on the user's name or ID to proceed to their details.
- Access the Activity Section for the User: Within the user's profile, find and click on the Activity section or tab to view their activity log. This section provides a detailed overview of the user’s interactions and actions within the platform.
